VendrVille – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VendrVille mobile application and services (“App”). By using VendrVille, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VendrVille.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activity under your account
  • Providing accurate information

VendrVille reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Vendor Listings & Events

VendrVille provides a platform to display vendors, events, and locations.
We do not guarantee:

  • Vendor availability
  • Event accuracy
  • Sales, traffic, or outcomes

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Certain features may require payment or subscription
  • All payments are processed by third-party providers
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • VendrVille may change pricing with notice

5. Location-Based Services

The App uses location data to display nearby vendors and events. VendrVille is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by GPS or device limitations.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent vendor or event information
  • Interfere with App functionality
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by VendrVille or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
VendrVille disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

VendrVille shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VendrVille harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or operational reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
